Electric Vehicle Data Tracking

I produced interactive maps and reported on data trends in Electric Vehicle registration in Minnesota.

Working with colleagues at the Great Plains Institute, I looked into the nuances of recent statewide trends in Electric Vehicle registration, examining how EV model availability has grown in Minnesota over time, and how conusmer preferences have begun to shift toward all-battery powered Electric Vehicles. This research is featured in a blog I co-authored on the Great Plains Institute’s website.

I used ArcGIS Online to map the distribution of EV deployment throughout Minnesota. Another interactive map, focused on informing legislative strategy on Electric Vehicle readiness, is featured on the Drive Electric Minnesota website.
